This page is about this website and its demonstration — not about Keyway installations you run, which hold their data on your own server and never report to us.
This website
The pages here are static. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed. Our host keeps ordinary web server logs — the address a request came from, the page asked for and when — which are used to keep the site working and are not combined with anything else.
The demonstration
The demo at /app is a real installation with invented data. The businesses, members, bookings and invoices in it are made up. Anything you type into it is stored in that database and is erased whenever the demo is reset, which happens regularly and without notice.
Do not put real personal data into the demo. It is shared with everybody else trying it, and nothing in it is private.
If you write to us
Mail sent to support@webkoding.com is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to have a record of what was asked. It is not used for anything else and is not passed on.
If you buy Keyway
The purchase happens on CodeCanyon, not here. Envato handles the payment and holds whatever account details you gave them; we see only what their platform shows a seller. Their privacy terms govern that part.
What your own members should be told
An installation you run holds your members' data, and you are its controller — not us. Keyway generates a privacy notice from your own organisation details for exactly that purpose; it is on the invoices screen once those details are filled in.
